We are looking forward to seeing you and helping you find the dress of your dreams. To ensure your and our safety when you visit Worn With Love Bridal, we hope you will not be offended that we are following the strict Government guidelines that allow us to open, and will be implementing the following:

  • We will be thoroughly cleaning the shop before and after all appointments.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available when you arrive and for ongoing use.

  • Number of guests will be in line with current Government guidelines (please ask if you are not sure what these currently are), and no small children I'm afraid – my shop is small so this is to keep to social distancing rules.

  • I have free WiFi so your friends and family can get involved remotely via Zoom, Facebook rooms or whatever else you’d like to use. I have a tripod stand you can use for your phone to make this easier.

  • We will give you cotton gloves to wear for trying on (which are washed between appointments) if you would like them. If you come with a guest, your guest may help you try on the dress if they are from the same household. If you would prefer me to help you, or your guest cannot help, I will wear a face covering and always try to stay behind you or at a distance. If you would like a face covering, we will have them available.

  • As dresses have to be thoroughly disinfected after being tried and before anyone else can try them, I’m afraid I'll be limiting the number of dresses you can try on to around 10, but I am offering a virtual 'pre-appointment' so you can view dresses and narrow them down in advance. You can, of course, always book a follow-up appointment if you haven’t been able to try all the dresses you would like at your first appointment.

  • Please ask if you need to see any accessories more closely, and we will show them to you, so we can avoid visitors handling items which will then have to be taken off sale

  • We will only be offering dresses as 'sold-as-seen', to be paid for and taken away on the day. We will give you plenty of time to check the dress over to make sure you are happy with it. Dresses will be covered in a clear plastic bag to be taken away.

  • We are now able to take card payments, or you can still pay via bank transfer or other electronic means. We will still also accept cash.

  • Drinks are not available, sorry. You are very welcome to bring water with you.

Most importantly, please cancel your appointment if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, especially a high temperature, persistent dry cough and loss of taste or smell, or if you have been in contact with anyone who does. We may ask you to confirm this when you arrive, hope this doesn’t offend!

We are really sorry for all these draconian measures, and we hope they do not take away too much the personal, friendly service we love to provide. Unfortunately for us to be open we have to follow these 'rules'. Please bear with us - we will be reviewing all of this and changing the rules if necessary to keep us all safe, whilst ensuring you can get back to finding your dream dress as soon as possible!
