The Harrogate Bridal Fashion Show was amazing! 14 brands showcased their designs with something a bit different in every one, and then there were the many brands exhibiting at the show. I've picked out some key trends I spotted on the catwalk and show floor:
SPARKLE SPARKLE SPARKLE
Everywhere you looked there was sparkle, and if anything dresses are getting even more sparkly! Personally I love it, but don’t forget that if you don’t there are still plenty of other options (and watch this space for news of our own regarding dresses for those of you who prefer simple elegance!)
BLUSH / NUDE COLOURS
For many of the brands, not only on the catwalk but also on the show floor, blush or nude dresses continue to become a core element of their offer. Great news for those of us whose pale complexions need a bit of a boost!
BOHO
Pretty much every brand continues to offer many dresses that fit into the boho style – more romantic, whimsical, lightweight and often styled with headbands or flowers rather than the more traditional veils or head pieces.
BALLGOWNS
For those of us with an inner princess, the ballgown wedding dress continues to come back, with some of them bigger and more amazing than ever!
